“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” (Proverbs 29:18).
It is the desire of Waialae Baptist Church to fulfill the vision we believe God has given us. With God's leadership and strength we strive to realize each area of this vision.
We envision a congregation structured around the five purposes of the church:
WORSHIP EVANGELISM DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP
with gifted leaders to lead in each purpose. Since all Christians are ministers, the staff's primary role will be to lead and equip church members to do the work of the ministry.
